Step 1: You’re not okay—and that’s okay.

You’re overwhelmed. You’re spiraling. You had a meltdown at work or a fight with someone you love. Maybe you’re not even sure why you feel off. Whatever it is, it’s enough to bring you in.

Step 2: Book a same-day or next-day session.

Use our online booking link to snag a session in real-time. We hold space for last-minute bookings. No referrals, no long-term commitment required. Think: emotional urgent care. You will need a form of ID and you will receive intake forms beforehand or upon arrival. We recommend showing up 10-15 minutes before the start of your appointment to complete these.

Step 3: Show up in whatever state you’re in.

Come in person to our Logan Square, Chicago studio or if booking virtual, join from our secure video platform. No need to have it all figured out. We’ll help you make sense of the mess. Sessions are 80 minutes, 50 minutes or 30 minutes, private, and grounded in real, human conversation (no clipboards or cold couches here).

Step 4: Leave with clarity.

You’ll walk out with a little more breathing room—and maybe even a plan. Whether it’s a one-time or weekly, monthly or as needed visit, we’ll meet you wherever you’re at.

Step 5: We won’t leave you hanging.

If you need ongoing therapy, just let us know & we’ll connect you with a vetted therapist in The Talk Network, a trusted and screened network of therapists who have openings within the same week, accept your insurance and specialize in your needs. So you can seamlessly transition into long-term care without having to do your own research for a new therapist or sit on another waitlist.
