Oh hello, you.
Let us introduce ourselves.
We’re a cozy little collective made up of lovely therapists running their own practices.
Plus, we’ve got a little extra magic: same-day sessions for when you need mental health support right away.
Our Services
❋
-
Each day, we have a therapist or two on staff who allot times for same-day sessions so you can start your therapy journey without a wait.
-
Explore our therapist directory to find someone who feels like the right fit for you.
Please note that not all therapists on the directory offer same-day sessions. Therapists who do provide same-day availability are clearly noted for your convenience.
Historically, we humans have found ourselves stuck in a horribly unhelpful habit of only thinking about mental health support when sh*t hits the fan and when things feel completely overwhelming.
Don’t get us wrong, we’re here for that.
But we don’t have to leave it until then.
Some reasons why you might come to us.
You’re stressed, and everything feels overwhelming.
You lost someone you love, and need compassionate support for the grief that follows
You’ve suffered a trauma, and you can’t stop thinking about it.
You’re using a substance to cope.
You feel disconnected from previously loved activities.
Your relationships are strained (inside or outside of work).
Your friends have told you they’re concerned.
You’re just feeling awful, alone, and talking to an unbiased someone just feels right.
Some other reasons why you might come to us.
You want to thrive in your career
You want to make good relationships great
You want to understand your purpose (inside and outside of work)
You want to find balance
You want some scaffolding to maintain high performance
You want a place to practice for real life
You want an hour each week to focus on yourself
You want to live in a regulated way and feel better
Calm, cozy, and here for you.
Please note, we are not an emergency center.
If you’re in a life-threatening situation, experiencing psychosis, or thinking about suicide, harming yourself or others, please call 988 or 911 or head to the ER immediately.
You matter. And you need more support than we can safely provide.
